We offer menus that include traditional wood fired pizza, roasted vegetables, antipasti, meats, and poultry.  To accompany these dishes we have a variety of salads and also we offer wood fired desserts or famous homemade desserts from our winter restaurant (Bonnie’s on Aspen Mountain). Our toppings are locally grown and cheese is made in Colorado.  We use hardwoods like apple and peach to cook with.

One of our specialties is a make your own pizza party, great for kids and adults.  This includes demonstration on forming your dough, topping it and then baking it. Then we let you try!  For kid’s parties we include chefs hat to color and a lesson in pizza tossing.
